Spinach Artichoke Dip with Naan Bread Triangle Toasts

This simple appetizer is always a crowd pleaser.  Plus, you can make it up to a day ahead and then pop it in the oven when you’re ready – especially handy when you’re entertaining! 

I usually serve it with tortilla chips.   But for a change of pace I’ll toast naan bread (a type of Indian flatbread, usually found in your grocery store’s deli area) with olive oil, garlic and spices until it’s slightly crisp.  You could also do the same with regular flatbread or mini pita bread.  Enjoy!
